Porchlight Music Theatre (PMT) and Artistic Director Michael Weber previously announced the initial production in the fourth season of Chicago's 'lost' musicals in staged concert series, Porchlight Revisits The Rink, starring Hollis Resnik and Christine Mild, music by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb and book by Terrence McNally, with direction and choreography by PMT Artistic Associate Christopher Pazdernik and musical direction by Ryan Brewster. Carnegie Hall today announced an exciting new guest artist line-up for its spring performances with The New York Pops and Music DirectorSteven Reineke. On Friday, March 10 at 8:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage, the orchestra and Maestro Reineke continue their Carnegie Hall season with Life is a Cabaret: The Songs of Kander and Ebb, a celebration of composer John Kander's 90th birthday and five-decade partnership with lyricist Fred Ebb. Tony Award nominee Tony Yazbeck joins previously announced Caissie Levy performing songs from the duo's biggest Broadway sensations including Cabaret, Kiss of the Spiderwoman,The Scottsboro Boys, and Chicago.
