STEEL MAGNOLIAS will begin performances on Friday, October 2 (with a press opening on Saturday, October 3) and will run through Sunday, October 18 at La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts, 14900 La Mirada Boulevard in La Mirada. Everyman Theatre has announced that renowned actor Tim Getman will be stepping into the role of Alan Raleigh in the upcoming production of God of Carnage. Resident Company Member Bruce Randolph Nelson was originally announced in the role but recently suffered an injury to his left shoulder. While he is expected to fully recover, his injury does not allow him to perform such a physical role. Mr. Nelson is expected to return to the Everyman stage for the final production of the 2012/13 season, The Beaux' Stratagem. (more...)
