The new musical comedy DISENCHANTED! will make its New York premiere in a limited 9-week engagement at Theatre at St. Clement's (423 West 46th St. at 9th Avenue) beginning previews on Wednesday, November 26, 2014. Opening night is set for Thursday, December 4, 2014. With book, music and lyrics by Dennis T. Giacino, DISENCHANTED! is directed by Fiely A. Matias and features musical staging by Matt West (Lestat). NBC is bringing in the holiday spirit with the stop-motion hourlong animated special “Elf: Buddy's Musical Christmas,” set to air Tuesday, Dec. 16 at 8 p.m. Based on the popular film “Elf” and the hit Broadway show “Elf: The Musical,” the special will star four-time Emmy Award winner Jim Parsons (“The Big Bang Theory”) as Buddy.

Franklin Performing Arts Company (FPAC) debuts a transformative new performance and event venue, raising the curtain on THE BLACK BOX in downtown Franklin. FPAC kicks off the company's premiere season in its new home with a grand-opening weekend September 20-22 to introduce the theater and event space to the community. Anchoring a series of signature events, FPAC's annual Gala will be held on Saturday, September 20 at 6 p.m. featuring silent and live auctions, inspired cuisine by Artistry Catering and Events, and dancing until midnight. The evening's entertainment presents a special, one-night-only performance by guest artists Beth Leavel, renowned Broadway veteran and Tony® Award winner for The Drowsy Chaperone, and Alexander Gemignani, Broadway's acclaimed Jean Valjean (Les Miserables) and Billy Flynn (Chicago).
