A haunting American classic, THE TRIP TO BOUNTIFUL marks the first Cleveland Play House production of a work by Pulitzer Prize- and Academy Award-winner Horton Foote, and the world-premiere performance of this play by an African-American cast. Receiving the blessing of Hallie Foote, daughter of the playwright, this co-production with Round House Theatre is helmed by Timothy Douglas and stars preeminent African-American actress Lizan Mitchell as Carrie Watts. The 2011 - 2012 FAIRWINDS Broadway Across America - Orlando subscription series is going to be a family affair in Orlando!

Casting has been announced for the Broadway production of The Royal Court Theatre's JERUSALEM, the critically acclaimed, multi-award-winning play by Jez Butterworth and starring Tony and Olivier Award-winner Mark Rylance (La Bête, Boeing-Boeing). The production, directed by Ian Rickson, will open on April 21, 2011 at the Music Box Theatre (239 West 45th Street). Previews begin April 2. The production will play a limited 16-week engagement.

The New Jersey Symphony Orchestra today announced its programs for the 2011-12 concert season, conductor Jacques Lacombe's second year as the Orchestra's Music Director.

William Atherton, Matt Cavenaugh, Lisa O'Hare, Carol Lawrence, Millicent Martin and Jason Graae are the acclaimed film, Broadway and West End stars who will lead the cast of Reprise Theatre Company's second production of the 2010-2011 season, 'Gigi', playing February 15 to February 27, 2011 (press opening February 16, 2011) at UCLA's Freud Playhouse. The musical - with book and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner and music by Frederick Loewe -- will be directed by veteran musical theatre director David Lee, with choreography by Peggy Hickey and musical direction by Steve Orich.
