The long overdue London premiere of the Broadway musical The Roar of the Greasepaint - The Smell of the Crowd, directed by acclaimed West End and RSC director Ian Judge, and designed by three time Olivier Award winner Tim Goodchild, opens for a four week limited season at the Finborough Theatre on Tuesday, 7 June 2011 (Press Night: Thursday, 9 June 2011 at 7.30pm).

Celebration Arts presents Dutchman, a drama by LeRoi Jones/Amiri Baraka. Directed by Vada Russel, Dutchman will open on July 24, and show Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. through August 29, 2009. There will be no performance on July 26. Celebration Arts Theatre is located at 4469 D Street, Sacramento.

The Second Annual Provincetown Tennessee Williams Festival will take place on September 27th through September 30th. Following last year's extraordinary debut, this year's festival announces the appearance of poet playwright Amiri Baraka as well as playwright John Guare.
