The Austin Shakespeare Theatre Company will present the New York premiere of Ayn Rand's novel ANTHEM. The focus of the DNA New Work Series is to allow playwrights and directors the opportunity to develop a script by providing rehearsal time, space and resources, culminating in a workshop production or public reading.

Talawa Theatre Company's Artistic Director Michael Buffong has announced full casting for his production of God's Property, by award winning playwright and actor Arinze Kene. Kingsley Ben-Adir (The Riots, Tricycle Theatre) and Ash Hunter (A Clockwork Orange, Theatre Royal Stratford East) will play the two estranged mixed race brothers Chima and Onochie, who both inhabit the restless streets of Deptford in the early 1980s. God's Property will preview in Deptford at the Albany from 20 February before its premiere at Soho Theatre from 26 February and then tours to mac in Birmingham from 26 March.

Alumnae will officially celebrate its 100th season in 2019/2020 and present Moliere's Les Femmes Savantes, which was Alumnae Theatre's very first production, in February 1918.
