BWW Reviews: Dali Does Disney in Flying V's Inventive, Surreal LOBSTER ALICE
by Andrew White - Sep 30, 2014

Director Amber Jackson has assembled a brilliant cast, creating an anarchic and, yes, surreal atmosphere in which anything and everything can happen. Zachary Fernebok's performance of Dali is priceless, and Jos. B. Musumeci Jr.'s set is a perfect evocation of the surreal atmosphere of Obolensky's play.

BWW Reviews: NextStop Theatre's Imaginative RICHARD III Is Mesmerizing and Chilling
by Audrey Liebross - Feb 7, 2014

The premise of RICHARD THE THIRD, as presented in NextStop Theatre Company's brilliant first professional production, which includes both deaf and hearing actors, is that the villainous Richard is deaf. Converting Richard from a character who feels alienated because of his appearance to one who feels alienated because he can't communicate effectively resonates with modern audiences.

BWW Reviews: WEST SIDE STORY Still Shows Many Faces
by Erica Miner - Jan 7, 2014

The day Leonard Bernstein died, a sense of gut-wrenching loss pervaded the musical world. Anyone who had watched and listened to his extraordinary music making could not help but be affected by his passion and reverence for music. Those of us lucky enough to have known and worked with him and availed ourselves of his wisdom, still hold deep affection and respect for him, along with a feeling that we have been blessed many times over.
