American Players Theatre Announces 2008 Line-up

Comedy, drama, history, romance and courtship will play out under the twinkling Spring Green, Wisconsin stars as American Players Theatre (APT) opens their 29th full season. Plays for the 2008 season include Shakespeare's popular romantic comedy A Midsummer Night's Dream and the historical Henry IV, Parts I and II; Eugene O'Neill's nostalgic comedy Ah, Wilderness!; George Bernard Shaw's Widower's Houses and Hannah Cowley's lighthearted comedy of manners, The Belle's Strategem.

Urban Stages Welcomes 'Oxford Roof Climbers'; Opens 10/18

Urban Stages is pleased to announce the American Premiere of The Oxford Roof Climber's Rebellion, the first production of their 2007/2008 season. The Oxford Roof Climber's Rebellion is a play written by Stephen Massicotte and will be directed by Roger Danforth. Performances will be at 259 West 30th Street (between 7th and 8th). Previews will begin on Saturday, October 13 with the opening date scheduled for Thursday, October 18 and will run through Sunday, November 18. Press is invited beginning on Wednesday, October 17.
