The UK's Sharks today released a new track entitled 'Sunday's Hand' from their much-anticipated new album Selfhood, which is due out on April 30th via Rise Records.

It's April 1st. Do you know when your Spring is coming? During another longggggg New York winter, the good news is that there were a ton of warming cabaret shows. The bad news is that there were so many, even during this seemingly endless winter our intrepid reviewer Stephen Hanks didn't have enough time to review them all right after the performances. So in what is becoming a seasonal ritual, here he offers yet another compilation of 13 'catch-up' cabaret show reviews.

The Public Theater (Artistic Director, Oskar Eustis; Executive Director, Patrick Willingham) announced a two week extension today for the world premiere musical HERE LIES LOVE, with concept and lyrics by David Byrne, music by David Byrne and Fatboy Slim, additional music by Tom Gandey and J Pardo, and choreography by Annie-B Parson. Directed by Alex Timbers, HERE LIES LOVE begins performances on Tuesday, April 2 and was originally scheduled to close on Sunday, May 5. It will now run an additional two weeks through Sunday, May 19.

Coming up in its 2012-2013 producing Season, HERE proudly presents A Marriage: 1 (Suburbia), created and performed by HERE Resident Artists Nick Vaughan and Jake Margolin. This premiere marks the culmination of a residency in the HERE Artist Residency Program (HARP). A Marriage: 1 (Suburbia) takes over HERE (145 Sixth Avenue) from April 23 - May 4, as this immersive interdisciplinary installation fills every space within the building.

On Twitter Watch, Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote ' Viva Broadway, an initiative of the Broadway League, in collaboration with 5000 Broadway Productions and the United Palace of Cultural Arts will present In The Heights: In Concert, a special, one-night only benefit concert at the United Palace of Cultural Arts in Washington Heights taking place on Monday, February 11th at 8pm. Joining composer-lyricist and original star Lin-Manuel Miranda on stage will be original Broadway cast members Christopher Jackson, Karen Olivo, Olga Merediz, Robin De Jesus, Mandy Gonzalez, Andrea Burns, Seth Stewart, Janet Dacal, and Eliseo Roman. Rick Negron and Natalie Toro, from the In The Heights Broadway run and 1st National Tour respectively, will be filling out the principal roles. Older & Reckless, MOonhORsE Dance Theatre's celebrated series curated by Artistic Director Claudia Moore, continues its 2012/13 season with 2 SOLOS | A DUET | AN ENSEMBLE featuring ten dance artists from around the globe in works by Canadian choreographers Peter Bingham, Denise Fujiwara, Peter Chin and Nancy Latoszewski (Greyeyes). Edition #28 of Older and Reckless runs March 8 to 10 at Dancemakers Centre for Creation.

Brooke Ciardelli will direct a reading at The Public Theater, NY of a modernized, Arabic-American-Muslim- production of Arthur Miller's A View from the Bridge, almost fifty years after the first production premiered on Broadway.

Beth Morrison Projects (BMP) and HERE announce programming for the inaugural PROTOTYPE: Opera/Theatre/Now, running today, January 9-19, 2013, in New York City.

NBC will celebrate the lighting of the world's most famous Christmas tree with a live broadcast from Rockefeller Center in New York City on Wednesday, November 28 (8-9 p.m. ET). The star-studded holiday special will feature performances from Trace Adkins, Tony Bennett, Mariah Carey, CeeLo Green (NBC's 'The Voice'), Victoria Justice, Chris Mann, Scotty McCreery, Rod Stewart and Il Volo, and special appearances by Billy Crystal, Bette Milder and the Radio City Rockettes.

UK band Sharks today revealed a new music video for 'Luck' from their debut full length album, No Gods, which was released last March via Rise Records. The video was shot in Northampton and directed by Ryan Macktfall. Check it out below!

In their first co-producing endeavor, HERE and the Hip-Hop Theater Festival in association with Collective Consciousness Theatre present the world premiere of How to Break, a new play fueled by human beat-boxing, breaking, popping and locking, linguistic flow and multimedia graffiti art. This production will play a limited engagement at HERE from tonight, October 18 - November 4, with Official Opening set for Tuesday, October 23 at 7:00pm.

Philein/ZiRu Productions (ZiRu Productions) has announced its fifth anniversary home season to take place this month at ODC. The classes end with a stage reading style performance where the students are teamed with professional actors and directors. This production however will be fully realized by a professional cast and crew.

Ars Nova today announced Spring Into The Nova, a benefit to support emerging artists. The concert features the music of composers Tom Kitt (Pulitzer Prize-winner, Next to Normal), Dave Malloy (Obie Award-winner, Three Pianos), and The Spring Standards (SXSW 2012), as well as Ars Nova?s 2012 Composer-in-Residence Shaina Taub.
