Peter James, best selling author of the murder mystery crime novels featuring Detective Superintendent Roy Grace, will make a rare and highly anticipated American appearance at ThrillerFest VIII, the major international conference for suspense and thriller writers and readers. As part of the ThrillerFest conference, Peter James will also be participating in CraftFest, which is designed to hone the techniques of writers in the genre. ThrillerFest and CraftFest take place in New York City July 10-13, 2013. Brooke Shields has been announced as the director of the Hollywood Bowl's upcoming production of CHICAGO, which holds the record as the third longest running show in Broadway history. Rob Fisher has also been announced as the conductor of the production. Shields starred in CHICAGO both on Broadway and in London's West End and this marks her directing debut.
