STAGE TUBE: First Look at Highlights of Arts Center of Coastal Carolina's ANYTHING GOES
by Stage Tube - Dec 7, 2012 'Anything Goes' opens Friday, December 7 at the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina on Hilton Head Island. The classic show features the music of legendary Cole Porter, including such hits as 'Anything Goes', 'I Get a Kick Out of You', 'You're the Top', 'Blow, Gabriel, Blow', and 'It's De-Lovely'. A large cast of professional actor's based mostly out of New York City joins some favorite local performers to round out a large cast of 30. by Robert Diamond - Jun 23, 2010 Opening Reagle Players' 42nd consecutive season on June 18th was the classic Into the Woods starring Broadway powerhouse Rachel York. York recently won the 2009 Irne Award for Best Musical Actress for her critically praised turn as the title character in Reagle's Hello, Dolly! That production was part of the group's 'Salute to Jerry Herman' season last summer. York now returns in mid June to portray The Witch in James Lapine and Stephen Sondheim's original fairy tale Into the Woods. |
