Bullet for Adolf, the outrageous new comedy by Woody Harrelson and Frankie Hyman, will play its final performance Sunday evening, September 30, 2012 at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street). Previews began on July 19, 2012 with Opening Night on August 8, 2012. The production was originally scheduled to end its limited engagement on Sunday, September 9, but announced an extension shortly following opening night.

Today we have the honor of talking to an actor equally skilled in comedy and drama who is now a playwright and director in his own right, with his new play, BULLET FOR ADOLF, being a New York stage hit - the one and only Woody Harrelson. A huge Hollywood star who has appeared in countless recognizable and beloved film properties over the last twenty-five years - from Oliver Stone's NATURAL BORN KILLERS, Milos Foreman's THE PEOPLE VS. Tribeca Film has acquired U.S. rights to Bert Marcus Productions' How to Make Money Selling Drugs, which had its world premiere on Friday night at the Toronto International Film Festival. The provocative documentary offers an in-depth look at the high-stakes world of drug dealing and drug enforcement by blending authentic reportage with pop culture references. Directed by Matthew Cooke, the film reunites producers Bert Marcus of Bert Marcus Productions and Adrian Grenier (HBO's Entourage), the team that created the breakout hit Teenage Paparazzo.

Lionsgate's THE HUNGER GAMES juggernaut will arrive on home entertainment at 12:01 A.M. today, August 18, as the first film in Lionsgate's The Hunger Games franchise.

Once upon a summer of '83, a young aspiring actor named Woody Harrelson became close pals with a Harlem-raised fellow named Frankie Hyman while they both worked a construction job in Houston.  Eventually, they went their separate ways; one becoming famous for doing something other than playwriting and the other pursuing a career in writing, although these many years later he apparently hasn't written anything he would care to mention in a Playbill bio.
