INTO THE WOODS star Emily Blunt may re-team with Disney once more.

Tonight, the BBC has announced that the star will also reprise his television role of 'Frank Spencer', opposite Michele Dotrice for a one-off TV special on March 18th. Dotrice was also recently seen on the stage in THE LADYKILLERS.

Marvel Studios has begun principal photography at Pinewood Studios in Atlanta, Georgia, on Marvel's GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2, which is slated to hit U.S. theaters on May 5, 2017. The production will shoot at Atlanta's Pinewood Studios.

New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) presents RED SPEEDO, written by Lucas Hnath (The Christians) and directed by NYTW Usual Suspect Lileana Blain-Cruz (Hollow Gates). The acclaimed Bang on a Can All-Stars join the Los Angeles Master Chorale for the highly anticipated west coast premiere of Julia Wolfe's 2015 Pulitzer Prize-winning Anthracite Fields, on Sunday, March 6, 2016, 7:30 pm.  Performed with a multimedia backdrop by celebrated visual artist and scenic designer Jeff Sugg, the text weaves together the oral histories, interviews, union speeches and even accident reports from the Pennsylvania mining region at the turn of the 19th century.  Additionally, the program, entitled "Music of the Coal Miner" and led by Artistic Director Grant Gershon, includes selections from the Sacred Harp Anthology and spirituals of Appalachia.

An undergraduate technical theatre student from Southern Utah University has won a 2016 Young Designers & Technicians (YD&T) Award of The United States Institute for Theatre Technology (USITT).

Four exciting new original musical works -- Joe Schmoe Saves the World, Gold Mountain, Comic-Con the Musical and Legendale -- chosen from a record 146 submissions will be the focal point of The 2016 ASCAP Foundation Musical Theatre Workshop in Partnership with DreamWorks and The Wallis this week, Feb. 16 - 18, 2016. For the first time, the Workshop will be presented at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts and be open to the public.
