Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma presents one of the greatest musicals of all time, LES MISERABLES. This original production features the performances of Chuck Wagner, Danny Rothman, Victoria Huston-Elem, Tommy Cunningham, Julie Johnson, and Dallas Lish, leading a company of over 100 voices. The bold design features a new, four story set designed by Michael Raiford and over 400 costumes designed by Oklahoman Jeffrey Meek. Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma today announced casting and production teams for its annual summer shows, featuring new and returning national talent, including Steve Blanchard, George Dvorsky, Dee Hoty, Victoria Huston-Elem, Meredith Inglesby, Amanda Lea LaVergne, Danny Rothman, Emily Skinner, Chuck Wagner, and more. All four productions- LES MISERABLES, DISNEY'S THE LITTLE MERMAID, MONTY PYTHON'S SPAMALOT, and A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC - will perform at the Civic Center Music Hall in Oklahoma City.

Prospect Theater Company (Cara Reichel, Producing Artistic Director / Melissa Huber, Managing Director) announces a one-show-only concert reading of their original musical The Flood, on Saturday, October 19th at 3pm. First developed by Prospect in 2000-2001, with a subsequent full production in 2006, the book, music and lyrics of this new musical are by founding company members Peter Mills and Cara Reichel. This special encore concert presentation will raise funds to support Prospect's work developing new musicals by emerging writers. The concert is directed by Cara Reichel and music directed by Daniel Feyer.
