The Memory Show, presented by the Transport Group Theatre Company, plays off-Broadway at The Duke on 42nd Street, 229 West 42nd Street. Broadway's Leslie Kritzer, currently starring in The Memory Show with The Transport Group (through May 18) returns to Joe's Pub with her all-new extravaganza Beautiful Disaster for four performances: tonight, April 22 and 29 at 9:30pm; May 13 at 11:30pm and May 13 at 9:30pm.

Broadway's Danny Quadrino (Bye Bye Birdie), Andrea Ross (Whistle Down The Wind) and Lindsey Carothers (Bring It On) are among the cast of Pace University students for a one night only concert of songs and monologues by award-winning theater writer Drew Fornarola (COLLEGE The Musical, Molly Shannon's Tilly The Trickster). The show plays at The Duplex Cabaret Theatre (61 Christopher Street at 7th Ave) tonight, April 22nd at 9:30pm. The evening is curated and directed by Joshua W. Kelley, with music direction by Addison O'Donnell, and stage managed by Coleman Annison.

Transport Group, the Drama Desk and OBIE award-winning theatre company, has announced that it will present two, special, one-night-only, dark night performances, featuring Transport Group alumni: David Greenspan on Sunday, April 28, at 7pm, and Mary Testa and Michael Starobin on Sunday, May 5, at 7pm.

Brooks Ashmanskas (Tony nom. Fame Becomes Me; The Producers), Andrea Burns (The Nance; In The Heights), Hunter Foster (Hands On a Hard Body; Tony nom. Little Shop of Horrors), Jessica Molaskey (A Man Of No Importance, Sunday in the Park with George, Parade) , Martin Moran (All The Rage; Obie Award, The Tricky Part), Kelsey Fowler (Mary Poppins, Sunday In The Park With George) and Alex Sheitinger (Mary Poppins, Beauty And The Beast) will perform in a reading of a new play, THE DRAMA DEPARTMENT by James Hindman, directed by Peter Flynn (Our Town, On the 20th Century, Chess).

The National Alliance for Musical Theatre (NAMT) announces 11 awards granted from their National Fund for New Musicals, a major funding program to support NAMT member not-for-profit theatres in their collaborations with writers to create, develop and produce new musicals. Now in its fifth year, the Fund will provide grants totaling $37,000 to 11 organizations across the country.

The 58th Annual Drama Desk Awards will take place on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at 8:00 PM at The Town Hall.

3-Legged Dog (Kevin Cunningham, Artistic Director) will launch their new salon series tonight, April 8 at 7:30 PM with 3LD SALON: The Video Designer. 3LD SALON: The Video Designer takes place at 3LD Art and Technology Center (80 Greenwich Street, between Edgar and Rector Streets).

Opening May 30, 2013 at The New Theater at 45th Street, Around the World in 80 Days is a comedic play by Mark Brown based on the Jules Verne novel. Starring Bryce Ryness as Phileas Fogg, Rachel Klein directs.

The long anticipated cast recording of the Drama Desk award-winning SEE ROCK CITY & OTHER DESTINATIONS has been recorded by Yellow Sound Label, produced by Michael Croiter, to be released in digital and CD formats today, March 19, 2013.

The one-night-only concert included songs from See Rock City & Other Destinations, cut songs, and new songs from upcoming projects by composer Brad Alexander and lyricist/bookwriter Adam Mathias. Check out photos from inside the concert below!
