Transport Group Theatre Begins THE MEMORY SHOW at The Duke on 42nd Street Tonight

By: Apr. 16, 2013

The Memory Show, presented by the Transport Group Theatre Company, will play off-Broadway at The Duke on 42nd Street, 229 West 42nd Street, beginning tonight, April 16th, 2013 at 7PM, opening Tuesday, April 30th, 2013 at 7PM and running through Saturday May 18th, 2013 at 8PM.

Showing up is half the battle...and then there's the other half. When a daughter comes home to care for her aging mother, memory is only one land mine in this contemporary new musical. Conflicting versions of the past collide in this honest and darkly funny portrait of a mother, a daughter, and their inescapable relationship.

Featuring Book & Lyrics by Sara Cooper and Music by Zach Redler, the show is directed by Joe Calarco and stars Catherine Cox and Leslie Kritzer.

The Memory Show plays Tuesdays at 7PM, Wednesdays through Saturdays at 8PM; Sundays at 3PM. Added performance on Saturday, May 18th at 2PM. For tickets, visit: http://dukeon42.org/Shows/2013/TheMemoryShow.aspx or call 646-223-3010. Price: $65.
