For the second year, in a strategic partnership with Just For Laughs, The CW Network today announced the brand new primetime comedy special, the HOWIE MANDEL ALL-STAR COMEDY GALA.

Dulcé Sloan took home top honors at NBCUniversal's 12th annual “StandUp NBC” comedy showcase held at the famed Hollywood Improv comedy club in Los Angeles. For her first-place prize, Sloan will be signed to a talent holding deal with the network.
