The Menier Chocolate Factory received nine nominations for this year's Olivier Awards - a record for the company. The awards are across four productions - Travesties, currently running at the Apollo Theatre; Funny Girl, currently on an extensive tour of UK and Ireland; Florian Zeller's The Truth in a version by Christopher Hampton, and David Baddiel - My Family Not the Sitcom, which returns to the West End for a second run later this month.

Last night was the official opening of the West End transfer of Tom Stoppard's TRAVESTIES, which had a hit run at the Menier Chocolate Factory last year. Patrick Marber directs the revival, with a cast that features Tom Hollander, Clare Foster, Freddie Fox, Forbes Masson, Peter McDonald, Amy Morgan, Sarah Quist and Tim Wallers.
