Rascal Flatts, Kip Moore and Jake Owen are set to perform at the AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARDS (ACA) airing live from Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas Monday, Dec. 10 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. Owen, Moore and Rascal Flatts will join previously announced performers Jason Aldean, Lady Antebellum, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan and Little Big Town.

Country super group Rascal Flatts and "Nashville" actress Hayden Panettiere will honor the top country acts of 2012 as hosts of the third annual 2012 CMT ARTISTS OF THE YEAR premiering Saturday, December 8 at 11:00 p.m., ET/PT. The 90-minute special is the most exclusive gathering of country music superstars of the year and celebrates the class of 2012 with an incredible evening of wall-to-wall performances and special appearances from others in entertainment.

The concert marks the 16th year of the Thanksgiving Day partnership between the Dallas Cowboys and The Salvation Army, in which time the Red Kettle Campaign has raised more than $1.5 billion.

Jetset Getset (JSGS) is stepping up to help musicians who are down on their luck. The teenage country music band will perform a concert November 7 at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill in Cincinnati, Ohio, to celebrate the release of their new album "Saturday Night" (Playback Records). Proceeds from CD sales at the show will benefit Play It Forward, a nonprofit organization that supports musicians during times of crisis.

Montgomery Gentry was formed in 1999 by Eddie Montgomery and Troy Gentry, and released their debut album Tattoos & Scars the same year. Eric Church tops the list of final nominees for THE 46th ANNUAL CMA AWARDS with five nominations. The reigning CMA Female and Male Vocalist of the Year Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton each received four nominations. Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Kenny Chesney, Little Big Town, and Taylor Swift each received three nominations for Country Music's Biggest Night™.

Multi-platinum recording artist Trace Adkins and Emmy and Tony Award winner Kristin Chenoweth return as hosts of the third annual AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARDS, airing from Las Vegas this December on FOX. The awards show will take place at Mandalay Bay. Nominations to be announced soon.

Veteran label executive John Ettinger has announced the launch of The Talent Associates (TTA), a full-service management and creative company based in Nashville, Tenn. Key members of the team are founders of the group Emerson Drive - lead singer Brad Mates, and guitarist, songwriter and producer, Danick Dupelle. In addition to Ettinger continuing as management for Emerson Drive, The Talent Associates plans to bring a number of services to artists and companies in North America.

Claudia Lee, 16-year-old country music singer and actress (the CW's "Hart of Dixie" and Disney's "Zeke and Luther"), has kept one foot planted firmly in Hollywood and the other in Nashville since moving from her native Indiana two years ago.
