To raise funds for central Ohio's only pediatric hospice and palliative care program, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat will be presented by Pleasure Guild of Nationwide Children's Hospital March 11, 12 and 13 at Columbus' historic Palace Theatre.

The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts will kick the summer off with a concert production of the popular rock musical Chess. The show will play the Mex Theater at the Center from Thursday, June 2th to Saturday, June 4th at 7:30 p.m. each night.

Playhouse South, A Community Theatre announces that Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is coming to the stage at The Clark Haines Theater, 3700 Far Hills Avenue on March 25-26, April 1-2, and 8-9 at 8:00pm, March 27 and April 3 at 2:00pm.

Due to the popular success of Helen Hayes Awards Recommended© Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, the Olney Theatre Center production has been extended to Sunday, March 27.

As previously announced by BWW's Spain Editor Juanjo Gonzalez, DISNEY THEATRICAL PRODUCTIONS (Thomas Schumacher, producer and president) in association with STAGE ENTERTAINMENT SPAIN (Julia Gomez Cora, general director), Alberto Ruiz-Gallardon (Mayor of Madrid) and Simon Amselem (Managing Director, The Walt Disney Company Spain and Portugal), have announced the Spanish premiere of Disney's landmark musical event, THE LION KING, to open October 21 at Lope de Vega Theatre on Madrid's Gran Via.

New Stage Theatre will conclude their 2010-2011 season with a new production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. The popular Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice musical will play at the Jane Reid-Petty Theatre Center from May 24 - June 5.

Drury Lane Theatre presents the Tony Award-winning international hit musical AIDA, Directed and Choreographed by Jeff Award winner Jim Corti (Sweet Charity, Meet Me in St. Louis, Cabaret, and Sugar.) Featuring a dynamic cast led by Stephanie Umoh as 'Aida' ('Sarah' in the 2009 Broadway production of Ragtime) and Jared Zirilli as 'Radames' (first National Tour of Wicked), AIDA previews March 17, opens March 24 and runs through May 29 at Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane.
