As previously reported, Roundabout Theatre Company has announced that Stephanie J. Block will join the Tony Award winning company of Anything Goes performing the role of 'Reno Sweeney' while Sutton Foster is filming the television pilot, Bunheads, for 3 weeks in November. Specific dates have been announced today and Block will officially be stepping into the role November 4 through November 22.

Patricia Watt, Producer, The Douglas Watt Family Fund for the Performing Arts & Julie Keyes along with 2012 Fred & Adele Astaire Awards 30th Anniversary Co-Chairs Carolyn Kendall Buchter and Alix Michel will host a kickoff cocktail reception for the committees and sponsors of this year's awards gala. The reception will also welcome the legendary Judith Jamison to the Awarding Committee. The event will be at Remi Restaurant, 145 West 53rd Street, New York 10019 on Monday, November 7 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

The Fred Ebb Foundation (Mitchell Bernard, Trustee) in association with the Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) will present the seventh annual Fred Ebb Award for aspiring musical theatre songwriters to Jeff Blumenkrantz. The award, named in honor of the late award-winning lyricist Fred Ebb, will be presented by Bebe Neuwirth on Monday, November 28th from 6-8pm at a by-invitation-only ceremony in the Penthouse Lobby of The American Airlines Theater.
