After six long years, the wait is finally over! As BroadwayWorld previously reported, the musical web series The Battery's Down, which wrapped up its final season in late 2009, will return for a reunion special later this fall. The episode will premiere on Hulu October 20, along with a Joe's Pub concert that night with performances from original cast members (and some very special guests).

Despite being one of the most respected performers on Broadway, Canaan also has a passion for bringing his experiences to young theatre lovers around the country. Having taught with Kid's Night on Broadway, Camp Broadway, Broadway Dreams, and the Jimmy Awards (a.k.a. The National High School Musical Theatre Awards), Canaan is coming back to Orlando's Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts with his organization Take it from the Top for a one-day masterclass, this Saturday, October 10th from 9:00am-4:00pm.

Lythgoe Family Productions (LFP) announces the expansion of their family friendly pantos this holiday season with two productions playing concurrently in Southern California - A SNOW WHITE CHRISTMAS, directed by Chris Baldock, playing December 2-27 at the Laguna Playhouse, and PETER PAN AND TINKER BELL - A PIRATES CHRISTMAS, directed by Bonnie Lythgoe, playing December 9 - January 3 at The Pasadena Playhouse.

Broadway and booze- perhaps the perfect combination? Inspired by the Comedy Central series Drunk History, Shoshana Bean recounts the story of the musical Wicked in Drunk Broadway, starring Wicked alums Eden Espinosa, Megan Hilty and more. Check out the hilarious video below!

The show began previews June 24 and runs through August 16, 2015. The original musical is written by Iris Rainer Dart andThom Thomas, with music by David Austin and lyrics by Iris Rainer Dart. The production is directed by Eric Schaeffer(Broadway's Follies, Million Dollar Quartet).
