Producer Jeffrey Finn and Center Theatre Group announced today that Emmy winner Sean Hayes will play God in a limited six-week engagement of the new Broadway play AN ACT OF GOD at the CTG/Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles, January 30 through March 13, 2016. The hit comedy arrives in Los Angeles after finishing a critically acclaimed Broadway run.

WAITRESS, the promising new musical adaptation of the 2007 indie rom-com that starred Kerri Russell and Nathan Fillion, may need a bit more shaking and baking before it's ready to contend for Broadway's Blue Ribbon. However, singer-songwriter Sara Bareilles, screenwriter-turned-librettist Jessie Nelson, director Diane Paulus and star Jessie Mueller have stirred enough tasty ingredients into their bittersweet concoction to whet the audience's appetite for a second serving.

The producers of the national tour of THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, and the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall announced today that single tickets will go on sale August 31, 2015 at 10AM. Back by popular demand, THE BOOK OF MORMON, which played a record breaking 2 week run in 2014 returns to Baltimore for a limited engagement November 3-November 15, 2015 at The Hippodrome Theatre. Single tickets will go on sale Sunday, August 9 at 10 am.

THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, is pleased to announce a lottery ticket policy for the National Tour, which begins Tuesday, August 25, at Playhouse Square in Cleveland, OH, and plays a limited one week engagement through Sunday, August 30. In Cleveland, the production will conduct a pre-show lottery at the box office, making 24 tickets available at $25 apiece.

The new Broadway comedy An Act of God, starring Emmy and Golden Globe Award winner Jim Parsons, began performances on May 7 and will close today, August 2, 2015, at Studio 54 (254 West 54th Street).
