Clear Channel Media and Entertainment, The Madison Square Garden Company and The Weinstein Company announced today that Bon Jovi, Dave Grohl and Eddie Vedder will be joining the esteemed lineup of artists of the "12-12-12" concert on December 12, 2012 at Madison Square Garden, with proceeds to benefit the Robin Hood Relief Fund.

The work was performed to great acclaim in September 2011 by St. Luke's Chamber Ensemble with conductor George Manahan, mezzo-soprano Jennifer Johnson Cano and tenor Paul Groves at Baryshnikov Arts Center (BAC).
