The song, chosen by American Idol creator and Executive Producer Simon Fuller, is a remake of Simple Minds 1985 smash 'Don't You (Forget About Me)' will air each week as contestants are eliminated. 'Don't You (Forget About Me)' will be made available starting on today for free on DavidCookOfficial.com for those who preorder David's forthcoming album. It also will be available for sale via iTunes and other digital providers on March 8th.
