V&A Exhibition Road Quarter to Open in June with Week-Long Festival

The Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A) has announced REVEAL, a free, week-long public festival running from 30 June to 7 July 2017. Art and design commissions, performances, fashion, family activities and collaborations with neighbouring Albertopolis institutions will celebrate the opening of the V&A's Exhibition Road Quarter designed by the Stirling Prize-winning British architect Amanda Levete and her practice AL_A.

The Canadian Opera Companyhas selected seven finalists from across the country to showcase in this year's exhilarating vocal competition at its annual gala fundraiser,Centre Stage, on November 3, 2016. Selected from a pool of 119 aspiring Canadian opera singers, the final seven will take to the stage of Toronto's Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts to perform selected arias in the hopes of securing a cash prize, ranging in value from $1,500 - $5,000, and a highly coveted invitation to join Canada's premier training program for young opera professionals, the COC Ensemble Studio.

After two acclaimed Russian productions at Boston Playwrights' Theatre and the Arsenal Center for the Arts in Watertown, Arlekin Players' one-woman show NATASHA'S DREAM, featuring actress Darya Denisova returns in a translated run at the Arlekin Players Theatre, 268 Hillside Avenue in Needham, today, February 27 and tomorrow, February 28, 2016. Main Street Festivals to Feature Readings of Three New Musicals

Produced in association with Temple University, and now in its second year, Main Street Festivals, is a national initiative that presents annual readings of new musicals in cities across the United States over the course of a year. Temple is hosting the 2015 plays January 16 and 17 in the Randall Theatre, Temple University School of Theater, Film and Media Arts, 1301 W.
