The Civic Center of Greater Des Moines welcomes Tony Award® winning actress and singer Sutton Foster in An Evening with Sutton Foster to Civic Center's Temple Theater for one night only cabaret performance on Thursday, May 13 at 7:30 p.m. Seating will be limited.

From Broadway to Hollywood. On stage and on screen. There is no other voice like the phenomenal Maureen McGovern. With a voice that is a beacon for American song, Ms. McGovern returns to join Peter Nero and the Philly Pops to wind her way around the songs of the 1960s and 1970s.

A day-of-performance lottery for a limited number of seats will be held for AN EVENING WITH SUTTON FOSTER, which will be performed for one night only on Thursday, May 13 at 7:30 p.m. at the Civic Center's Temple Theater.

FEINSTEIN'S AT LOEWS REGENCY, the nightclub proclaimed 'Best of New York' by New York Magazine and 'an invaluable New York institution' by The New York Post, will continue its all-star Spring 2010 season with the debut of Broadway star TERRI WHITE on Monday, May 3 and a special Mother's Day performance on Sunday, May 9.

Tony Award winner Sutton Foster performed her solo show 'An Evening with Sutton Foster' at the Kirk Douglas Theatre on April 29 and 30. Foster was accompanied by her Musical Director Michael Rafter. Songs for the evening were drawn from her critically-acclaimed debut solo album Wish and from the stage roles that have helped make her famous, such as Thoroughly Modern Millie and The Drowsy Chaperone.
