On last night's The X Factor on FOX, the top 40 acts were revealed and the judges were assigned their categories. Also on the show, it was announced that the remaining contestants would face a new round of competition known as the 'Four Chair Challenge'. Check out a sneak peek below!

Live Nation brings singing sensations Il Volo to perform on the Great Stage at Radio City Music Hall tonight, September 27th, 2013 at 8:00PM.

When THE X FACTOR's nationwide auditions come to a close tonight (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) and Thursday, Sept. 26 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT), the judges – Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio – must choose the Top 40 acts.
