The Hollywood Reporter writes that Lea Thompson has joined the cast of the upcoming revamped film adaptation of LEFT BEHIND. She will star alongside Nicolas Cage, Chad Michael Murray and Jordin Sparks.

Aaron joins the previously announced Nicolas Cage, Chad Michael Murray, Jordin Sparks, Martin Klebba, Cassi Thomson and Nicky Whelan.As of now, the film is billed as the first in a trilogy.
