Paper Mill Playhouse (Mark S. Hoebee-Artistic Director, Mark W. Jones-Executive Director) is proud to announce casting for The Full Monty. Directed by Mark S. Hoebee and choreographed by Denis Jones, The Full Monty will run at the Millburn theatre from June 10 through July 12, 2009.

New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) Artistic Director James C. Nicola and Managing Director William Russo have announced that Things of Dry Hours, written by Naomi Wallace and directed by Ruben Santiago-Hudson, will begin performances Friday, May 22, at NYTW, 79 East 4th Street, between Second Avenue and Bowery. Opening night is scheduled for Monday, June 8 at 7:00pm. The production will run through Sunday, June 28.

The King Center for the Performing Arts announces that the Tom Jones concert scheduled for Sunday April 26 at 7pm at the King Center in Melbourne, FL has been cancelled due to a scheduling conflict. All tickets will be refunded through point of purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to welcome Mr. Jones back to the venue for a rescheduled concert in winter 2010.

The world premiere of Fela!, a new musical based on the life of groundbreaking African composer, performer and activist Fela Anikulapo Kuti, will play the final performance of its extended run Sunday, October 5th at 37 Arts (450 West 37th Street, between 9th and 10th Avenues.

Teresa Hubbard, Chair of Casa Mañana's Board of Directors, announced today that William (Wally) Jones has been selected as Casa Mañana's new President and Executive Producer effective November 3, 2008. His appointment comes following an exhaustive national search and unanimous approval by Casa Mañana's Executive Committee. He joins Casa Mañana as the organization celebrates its 50th year as a theatrical force in North Texas. Mr. Jones was the search committee's first choice for the top position.
