Michael Wolff and Mike Clark Release 'Wolff & Clark Expedition' Debut CD

When two of the best musicians on the planet decide to combine their estimable talents to create a band without boundaries, the result is the WOLFF & CLARK EXPEDITION. Dizzy Gillespie famously said that jazz must have 'one foot in the past and one in the future.' With the Wolff & Clark Expedition, the music embraces the past, ventures into the future, but remains rooted in the improvisatory present. After several high profile performances in 2012, jazz legends Michael Wolff and Mike Clark, the Wolff & Clark Expedition, release their self-titled debut album today. Performing with creative bassist Chip Jackson, the Expedition's initial outing aims for uncharted, compelling musical territories while still entertaining a wide audience of astute listeners.

Polly Draper Talks MY BRILLIANT DIVORCE at Bay Street Theatre

This summer, Bay Street Theatre had the pleasure to open its 2012 Mainstage season with Polly Draper starring in My Brilliant Divorce by Geraldine Aron. Audiences may remember Draper from her hit show "thirtysomething" which ran in the late 1980s into the early 1990s. Since her stint as Ellen on the groundbreaking show for which she received an Emmy nomination, Draper has maintained a busy life in the entertainment world.

Bay Street Theatre held its First Annual Honors Benefit last night with some of the biggest names of the stage and screen converging at the Manhattan Penthouse in New York City to honor Joy Behar, AdriAnne Cohen and John Downing, all members of Bay Street's Board of Trustees. The evening was capped off by an amazing performance by the one and only Liza Minnelli to a standing-room only crowd. View photos below!

Acclaimed jazz pianist Michael Wolff has confirmed new concerts in New Orleans and New York City, and both events will showcase and debut WOLFF & CLARK EXPEDITION, the new band he has formed with legendary drummer Mike Clark. The pair has played together for years, but it was Wolff's recent live album recording session at Vitello's in California that lead to the 'official' formation of their new group.
