Will.i.am and Britney Spears' latest single, 'Scream & Shout,' is set to premiere on US radio stations on 3 PM EST, this Monday, Nov. 19. The music video will debut on THE X FACTOR on Thanksgiving night. It's set to be released sometime next week through digital retailers.
