Wolf Trap Announces First Summer Lineup - RAGTIME, Yo-Yo Ma, Cyndi Lauper, National Symphony Orchestra and More!

Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts has announced the first 63 performances of Summer 2016 at the Filene Center at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts. Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 19; Wolf Trap members (donors of $75 and up) have access to presales and are purchasing tickets now. The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra and Conductor John Morris Russell are pleased to announce the Pops' 2016-2017 season, to be performed at Downtown Cincinnati's historic Taft Theatre, the Orchestra's 'home away from home' while Cincinnati Music Hall undergoes a major renovation during the 2016-17 season. (The Pops will return to the renovated Music Hall for the 2017-18 season.) The star-studded season is a testament to the Orchestra's steadfast commitment to innovation and extraordinary artistry. Entering his sixth season as Conductor of the world-famous Cincinnati Pops, Mr. Russell introduces guest artists and concert programs that continue to develop the wide variety of orchestral programming. The Orchestra also announces its summer 2016 concerts, to take place both at the Taft Theatre and Riverbend Music Center.

Kiki Ebsen, daughter of legendary TV/film/theater star Buddy Ebsen will be appearing live in New York City for one night only tonight, October 8th at 9:30 PM at The Metropolitan Room jazz club in a multimedia concert tribute to her dad. The live show, 'TO DAD, WITH LOVE -- A TRIBUTE TO BUDDY EBSEN,' will feature Kiki performing at the piano and singing with her jazz band including noted NYC musicians sax man David Mann, keyboardist Henry Hey and drummer Clint de Ganon.
