Carbonell Award winners Margo Moreland and Oscar Cheda will star in the Boca Raton Theatre Guild's production of They're Playing Our Song at the Willow Theatre in Sugar Sand Park. The show will run fromNovember 8th through November 24th. The two will portray Vernon Gersch and Sonia Walsk, the fictional counterparts to Hamlisch and Bayer-Sager whose real-life romance served as the inspiration for the musical.

The Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, led by Music Director Jeffrey Kahane, presents the highly anticipated U.S. premiere of the orchestral version of Bruce Adolphe's Do You Dream in Color?, a powerful work set to a poem about living without sight written by rising mezzo-soprano Laurie Rubin. Born blind, Rubin, a 1997 Music Center Spotlight Awards winner, joins LACO for the premiere, marking her LACO debut, on Saturday, October 19, 8 pm, at Pasadena's Ambassador Auditorium, and Sunday, October 20, 7 pm, at UCLA's Royce Hall.

Principal Pops Conductor Jack Everly kicks off his 11th Pops season with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (BSO) in The Streisand Songbook with Ann Hampton Callaway on Thursday, October 10 at 8 p.m. at the Music Center at Strathmore, Friday, October 11 and Saturday, October 12 at 8 p.m. at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, and Sunday, October 13 at 3 p.m. at the Meyerhoff. Singer-songwriter Ann Hampton Callaway will sing some of Barbra Streisand's biggest hits, including favorites from Broadway musicals as Funny Girl to film hits such as A Star is Born.
