Profiles Theatre opens its 2011-2012 Season with the Midwest premiere of A Behanding in Spokane by Martin McDonagh, directed by Steppenwolf ensemble member Rick Snyder. Please note changes with the previously announced dates: Previews are September 9-13, 2011 with the press opening on September 14, 2011. The production runs September 14, 2011 - October 30, 2011 at Profiles Theatre, 4147 N. Broadway in Chicago.

Colin Farrell, Christopher Walken, Sam Rockwell and Micky Rourke are all set to star in Martin McDonagh's upcoming film 'Seven Psychopaths,' according to the Daily Mail. The film will shoot on locations in Los Angeles in the fall.

University of Houston will present Landford Wilson's HOT LE BALTIMORE, directed by Leslie Swackhamer, on September 30, October 1, October 6, October 7, and October 8 at 8 PM and October 2 and October 8 at 2 PM.

Tony Award-winning director Garry Hynes returns to New York on July 24, 2011 with the Druid Theatre Company's production of Seán O'Casey's The Silver Tassie, a searing drama set during and after World War I.
