COME FLY AWAY Tour Kicks Off Today in Atlanta!

COME FLY AWAY launches its North American tour today at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta, GA. Direct from the original Broadway cast of COME FLY AWAY and the Las Vegas production of Sinatra Dance With Me are principal dancers Matthew Stockwell Dibble, Cody Green, Laurie Kanyok, Marielys Molina, John Selya and Ron Todorowski.

The producers of the new Broadway musical, COME FLY AWAY, announced the cast today for the North American tour of the show, launching at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta, GA, on August 2, 2011.

The evening's performance, produced by Erin Fogarty and New York City Ballet principal dancer Daniel Ulbricht, will include three World Premiere pieces and will be performed by Daniel Ulbricht, Robert Fairchild, Amar Ramasar, Tyler Angle, Craig Hall, Wendy Whelan, Maria Kowroski, and Sterling Hyltin, as well as Matthew Rushing, Attila Csiki, Keigwin + Company, Alex Wong, and Martin Harvey to choreography by George Balanchine, Christopher Wheeldon, Benjamin Millepied, Larry Keigwin, Lar Lubovitch, Earl Mosley, Alex Wong and Robert Fairchild, and Daniel Ulbricht.

A new poll conducted by the Cinema Advertising Association has named the 1987 film Dirty Dancing the UK's Number One film of all time, beating off competition from Star Wars and The Lord Of The Rings.

Martin Harvey, the new Johnny Castle in the hit show Dirty Dancing, was today honoured with the acclaimed 'Spotlight Best Male Dancer Classical' Award at the prestigious Critics' Circle National Dance Awards 2009, held at Sadler's Wells Theatre. The Critics' award was in recognition of Martin's outstanding 11-year career at the Royal Ballet, dancing many of the great principal roles. Martin stunned the ballet world when he decided, last Summer, to take the unprecedented leap from classical ballet to the star acting role of Johnny Castle in the West End's hit show, 'Dirty Dancing ? the classic story on stage' at the Aldwych Theatre.

Dirty Dancing - The Classic Story On Stage has announced new principal casting for the smash hit West End production. Martin Harvey stars in the role of Johnny Castle, direct from the Royal Ballet, and Leanne Rowe will plays Frances 'Baby' Houseman. The production's original Penny, Nadia Coote, will continue in the role.
