'An American Biography: The Music of Henry Cowell' presents Leon Botstein conducting Cowell works such as 'Hymn and Fuguing Tune, No. 3' and 'Atlantis.' The concert will be held January 29, 2010 at 8PM at Avery Fisher Hall.

The Collegiate Chorale, led by Music Director James Bagwell, presents the World Premiere Two Act Concert Version of Ricky Ian Gordon and Michael Korie's musical version of Nobel Prize-winner John Steinbeck's epic Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, The Grapes of Wrath, on March 22, 2010 at 8pm at Carnegie Hall, conducted by Ted Sperling with Jane Fonda as the narrator.

Two long-time West Side musical institutions, New Amsterdam Singers, Clara Longstreth, Music Director and Broadway Bach Ensemble, Michael F. Tietz, Music Director, will collaborate for the first time in two concerts on February 7 at 2 p.m. and February 9 at 8 p.m. at Broadway Presbyterian Church, Broadway at 114th Street.

The New Amsterdam Singers, led by Music Director Clara Longstreth, presents its first program of the season, featuring sacred works by Bach, Brahms, Bruckner, and Poulenc as well as newer works by composers from Latvia, Estonia, Slovenia, England, and the United States, Friday, December 11 at 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 13 at 4:00 p.m..

The 44th season of Lincoln Center's Great Performers opens with the return of conductor Bernard Haitink and the London Symphony Orchestra (LSO) with three concerts of Schubert and Mahler in Avery Fisher Hall.

The New Amsterdam Singers (NAS), led by Music Director, Clara Longstreth, will perform Song and Dance: Circles, Sets, and Cycles, a program featuring choral cycles by Debussy and Ravel in collaboration with Nimbus Dance Works and its choreographer Samuel Pott, Wednesday May 27, 2009, at 8:00 p.m. at the Riverside Theatre.
