Prospect Theatre Company presents FOOLS FOR LOVE, a one-night-only concert performance celebrating April Fool's Day, on Sunday April 1 at 7pm at the Laurie Beechman Theatre in the West Bank Cafe. Ticket prices for this event are $25 for regular general admission, $35 for premium reserved seating at the best tables in the house. In addition, there is a $15 food and beverage minimum for each guest; doors open for seating at 6:30pm.

Co-written by Kenny Finkle, this cautionary tale was awarded Outstanding Solo Show at the 2005 New York International Fringe Festival. This newly updated version, directed by Paul Urcioli, begins previews April 21 with opening slated for April 28.

The Ira Brind School of Theater Arts at the University of the Arts is to collaborate with its' own student run theater organization, Blurring Edges: A Cabaret Series to produce How Glory Goes, an evening of music pulling from the cannon of musical theater composer Adam Guettel. Faculty member Bill Buddendorf is set to direct alongside guest music director Darius Smith, who hails from Washington D.C. Smith is Assistant Professor and Musical Theatre Performance coordinator at Howard University.
