Amber Riley is known for being the proud diva Mercedes Jones on the mega-hit show Glee. Now she is back for a second appearance on The Queen Latifah Show to perform her original song "Colorblind".

Kristin Chenoweth stopped by last night's LATE SHOW on CBS and became the victim of a rather cruel April Fool's prank devised by the late night host.

When the host requested a sampling from the concert, Chenoweth happily obliged by belting out the Judy Garland classic, 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow.'

Last night at New York City's Pierre Hotel, the National Corporate Theatre Fund (NCTF) honored Tony and Emmy Award Winning singer and actress Kristin Chenoweth, and the Edgerton Foundation for their leadership in the arts at the NCTF 2014 Chairman's Awards Gala. The evening included a special performance by Tony Award Winner Jefferson Mays and Bryce Pinkham, stars of the current hit musical A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder; an excerpt from the highly acclaimed show Witness Uganda, currently at A.R.T. (an NCTF member theatre); and an appearance by legendary comedian Lily Tomlin, currently on tour with a solo show. LANCE HORNE - the Emmy Award winning composer, musician, vocalist and producer - will make his Birdland debut with a special concert on Monday, March 31 at 7:00 PM. Lea DeLaria, Joey Arias, Stephen Wallem and Michael Rose have joined the evening as special guests, in addition to the previously-announced Alan Cumming, Alice Ripley and Rachel Dratch. They will perform songs from his acclaimed CD First Things Last in addition to a special preview of The Night Before My Wedding, Horne's upcoming collaboration with Neil Gaiman. Lance will also headline a special concert at Rockwood LA on April 15 with guest stars to be announced and an additional event this spring in San Francisco. He has contributed a movement to Tyler's Suite, a choral song-cycle dedicated to Tyler Clementi, the 18-year-old Rutgers University student that took his life three years ago. The piece, which also includes contributions from Stephen Schwartz, Ann Hampton Callaway and Craig Carnelia, will premiere from the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus on March 25-26. On last night's episode of FOX's GLEE, as the fate of the Glee club becomes a reality, April (guest star Kristin Chenoweth) and Holly (guest star Gwyneth Paltrow) plot a plan to save New Directions.

Last night's second part of the celebratory 100th episode, titled “New Directions”, written and directed by co-creator Brad Falchuk, delivered a recognizable vibe and welcome feeling of the first season of the show - as is all too apt considering the series is transitioning before our very eyes and ears to a predominantly New York City-set storyline. In tonight's episode of GLEE titled 'New Directions', Puck (Mark Salling) and his new love Quinn (Dianna Agron) will cover Pink's 'Just Give Me a Reason' as they reveal their new status as an official couple to the other members of the glee club.

Earlier this week, GLEE released the song, for a 'sneak peak' listen. Also, we'd all seen pictures of the filming at the Griffith Observatory. It seemed like a match made in heaven, for the two stars, the location and the song and one can only imagine what it looks like. Having watched the episode tonight, it looks like the storyline changed.

New programs for Lincoln Center Local HD, a pilot program running April through June in branch libraries in Brooklyn and Queens, were announced today by Russell Granet, Executive Director of Lincoln Center Education. These events, which launched in January, are part of the two-year pilot program that will feature digital streams of programs from Lincoln Center's growing digital content collection, including programs from the Emmy Award-winning series Live From Lincoln Center.
