"One Starry Night: From Broadway to Hollywood," a one-night-only musical and entertainment extravaganza in benefit of the ALS Association Golden West Chapter, was presented Monday, April 20 at the historic Pasadena Playhouse in Pasadena, CA. Thanks to performances and appearances by an exciting gathering of Broadway and Hollywood talent, and the greater Los Angeles community at large, the evening raised nearly $200,000. Kirstie Alley stopped by this morning's TODAY on NBC to reveal her recent 50-lb weight lost. The actress achieved her desired weight with the help of Jenny Craig.

During the interview, the actress was asked if she had any plans to make her debut on The Great White Way in the near future.

The actress talks exclusively to BWW about her upcoming guest role, her plans to make her Broadway debut and how she made her childhood dreams come true!

The series also featured Missi Pyle, Jessica Walter, Ethan Suplee, Nora Kirkpatrick, and Dylan Gelula.

According to Deadline, TV Land has opted not to renew Kirstie Alley's series, aptly titled KIRSTIE, after a single season. KIRSTIE, which received a luke-warm welcome from critics when it premiered last December, failed to find an audience.

Motherhood Out Loud, conceived by Susan R. Rose and Joan Stein, is a play featuring a culturally and gender diverse series of candid monologues on the subject of motherhood, written by a host of celebrated writers. Motherhood Out Loud traverses the experience of motherhood from inception, birth, sexuality, growing up, letting go and the sandwich generation. The show has had successful productions all over the country, including an off-Broadway run at Primary Stages in New York City.

Comix At Foxwoods will host the sketch comedy all-star, Bryan Callen, for a four show lineup beginning Today, April 10. Callen, who can currently be seen in the feature film, “Ride Along,” will take the stage at 8 p.m. each night, before wrapping up his stay with a double-header on Saturday, Apr. 12, featuring a special “Nasty”-themed10:30 p.m. performance.

Alley is coming back for the delicious food, consultant support and comprehensive approach, as they helped her reach her weight loss goals previously. Additionally, Jenny Craig's parent company CI Holdings, Inc. has acquired Alley's Organic Liaison line and will be integrating Organic Liaison's key products into the Jenny Craig line. They will be available in centers in the near future.
