PDS terrorists linked to the Undead Liberation Army (ULA), believing they are the redeemed, are going rabid (zombie state) off the drug, Blue Oblivion, and attacking the living at an alarming rate - causing the radical Pro-living political party, Victus, to target the undead with vigor and oppressive measures. And with the arrival of new and explosive characters from both factions in Roarton, Kieren is caught square in the middle of a new budding war, making his desire for a quiet life an unrealistic option.

BBC AMERICA's co-production, In The Flesh, tells a very human story... about the undead. The mini-series springs to life with the channel's special broadcast event, premiering over three consecutive nights. Zombie teenager Kieren Walker isn't comfortable in his 'undead' state. He didn't want to come back - he wanted to be dead. After his suicide four years ago, his friends and family thought they'd never see him again. But then, shortly after his funeral, thousands rose from the dead. After months of re-habilitation and medication, the zombies, now known as PDS (Partially Deceased Syndrome) sufferers, are gradually being returned to their homes. When Kieran returns, he is forced to confront his family, the community that rejected him and the haunting flashbacks of what he did in his untreated state. BBC AMERICA's special three-night premiere event of In The Flesh begins Thursday, June 6, 10:00pm ET/PT.

According to WalesOnline, West End Phantom of the Opera star John Owen-Jones has been cast in a new TV drama series about zombies, In the Flesh. The series will air on BBC Three next year.

La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts is thrilled to announce the seventh and final production of National Theatre Live's second season - broadcast live from the National's Olivier Theatre in London, Zoë Wanamaker starring in Anton Chekhov's THE CHERRY ORCHARD, directed by Howard Davies.

Jonathan Pryce stars in The Caretaker, which concludes its run April 17. The production is the first West End run of the show since Harold Pinter's death in December last year. The Caretaker began at Trafalgar Studios January 12, and officially opened January 18, 2010.

The production of 'Rope' will play its final performance on February 6 at the Almeida Theatre.

Roger Michell will direct Patrick Hamilton's classic thriller Rope running from 10 December 2009 - 6 February 2010, with press night on 16 December. Designs are by Mark Thompson with lighting by Rick Fisher and sound by John Leonard. Rope will be produced at the Almeida in association with Sonia Friedman Productions.
