A commercial that aired on CBS last night, Sunday, Jan. 19, has revealed that superstar couple Jay Z and Beyonce will be among the performance line-up for this year's GRAMMY awards

John Legend, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Kacey Musgraves, Taylor Swift and Keith Urban, as well as nominee Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr - who as members of the Beatles will receive the 2014 Recording Academy Lifetime Achievement Award.

Nominations for the 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards were announced tonight by The Recording Academy and reflected one of the most diverse years for the best and brightest in music.

Jay Z tops the nominations with nine; Kendrick Lamar, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Justin Timberlake, and Pharrell Williams each garner seven nods; Drake and mastering engineer Bob Ludwig are up for five awards.

When 'Grammy Nominations Concert Live!!' airs tonight, Drake will not be among the performers. TMZ reports that the rapper/singer pulled out because of a last minute 'scheduling conflict.'

Celine Dion today announced the addition of 35 summer 2014 performances of her critically-acclaimed residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. The summer performances scheduled from June 10 to Aug. 31 go on-sale beginning Friday, Nov. 15 at 10 a.m. PST. The GRAMMY Museum To Honor Berry Gordy And Smokey Robinson With First-Ever Architects Of Sound Awards On Nov. 11

Motown founder Berry Gordy and GRAMMY winner Smokey Robinson will be honored with The GRAMMY Museum's first-ever Architects of Sound Award, it was announced today by Bob Santelli, executive director of the Museum. Proceeds from the inaugural GRAMMY Museum benefit gala dinner and concert — to be held on Monday, Nov. 11, 2013, at Club Nokia in Los Angeles — will provide essential support for the Museum, an educational and interactive museum dedicated to engaging both children and adults in the power of music through dynamic exhibits, educational programs, live performances and more. The event will be hosted by music industry veteran and television personality Randy Jackson.
