Chicago's Walkabout Theater Company joins forces with the international ensemble of Moon Fool to present the Chicago premiere of STORM, a fierce re-imagining of William Shakespeare's The Tempest, created and directed by Anna-Helena McLean and featuring actors from three continents. STORM will play June 18 - 28, 2015 at Links Hall, 3111 N. Western Ave. in Chicago. Tickets are currently available at www.linkshall.org. The press opening is Thursday, June 18 at 7 pm.

Performances of Steppenwolf Theatre Company's fifth annual Garage Rep kicked off last month, featuring Walkabout Theater Company's world-premiere production of The Wild and more. These innovative storefront companies perform in rotating repertory for ten weeks through April 20, 2013 (press performances are March 8 and 9, 2014). Performances of Steppenwolf Theatre Company's fifth annual Garage Rep are scheduled to begin February 14, 2014, featuring The New Colony's world-premiere production of reWILDing Genius, Prologue Theatre Company's Chicago-premiere production of Saturday Night/Sunday Morning and Walkabout Theater Company's world-premiere production of The Wild. These innovative storefront companies perform in rotating repertory for ten weeks through April 20, 2013 (press performances are March 8 and 9, 2014). Performances are scheduled Wednesday through Sunday in the Garage Theater (1624 N Halsted St); a full performance schedule, including the line-up for Late Night @ Garage Rep, follows. Garage Rep single tickets ($20) and three-play passes ($45), as well as Late Night single tickets ($5) are on sale now through Audience Services (1650 N Halsted St), 312-335-1650 and steppenwolf.org.

Kyle DeSantis, Executive Producer of Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane, announced today that Broadway actor Tony Yazbeck will take over the role of "Don Lockwood" in SINGIN' IN THE RAIN, replacing Sean Palmer who suffered an injury. The production, which is currently in previews, will now have its press opening on Friday, Nov. 30 at 8:30pm. Yazbeck will go into the production on Wednesday, November 21.
