Katie Holmes enjoyed the success of her Broadway debut in All My Sons and proved skeptics wrong by handling the pressures of performing on the Great White Way with passion and ease, proving she was a natural for the New York stage.

Katie Holmes, Diane Weist, Brian Stokes Mitchell and Laurence Fishburne will be featured in the annual National Day Memorial Concert, broadcast live from the Nation's Capital. The special will air on PBS stations around the country May 24 beginning at 8 PM ET.

He also won the Academy Award for A Fish Called Wanda. Katie Holmes made her Broadway debut in recent hit revival of Arthur Miller's All My Sons. Paul Dano starred Off-Broadway in Things We Want and is featured in the film There Will Be Blood. John C. Reilly's Broadway credits include True West and A Streetcar Named Desire among other stage productions. On film he has a long and varied list of credits including the recent Step Brothers with Will Ferrell and played Amos Hart in the film version of the hit musical Chicago.

IMDB.com is reporting that Katie Holmes, who plays her final performance today in All My Sons is already making plans to return to the Great White Way. The film site reports that she's 'bagged the lead' in a musical version of the film Finding Neverland.

Film superstar and Golden Globe award nominee Tom Cruise made a return visit to ABC's popular talk show 'The View' today to promote his new film 'Valkyrie.' When asked by Barbara Walters if he did ever want to do a musical, Tom replied 'I'd like to try one, yeah. I'd like to see someone find the right movie musical for me. I'd like to see if I could do it. it's something I haven't done. I might fall flat on my face though. I like the sort of challenge.'
