Independent artists, industry executives and TV fans celebrated closing night of the 10th annual New York Television Festival this evening at the SVA Theatre in Manhattan, with a series of special events. House of Cards showrunner Beau Willimon kicked things off with the third and final creative keynote of the week, followed by a screening and talk-back of FOX comedy series MULANEY and the Festival's annual awards ceremony. There, NYTVF (www.nytvf.com) announced the winners of its Independent Pilot Competition (IPC) in 12 categories, including 'Best of the Fest' and NYTVF Critics Award honors to 'Dispatch' and 'Witnesses' respectively, as well as recipients of 20 development deals from its network, studio and digital partners.

The Broadway at Birdland concert series was proud to present the return of songwriter/performer Lance Horne to the series. The new show, 'Lance & the Ladies,' featured musical guests Leslie Gore, Daphne Rubin-Vega, Lauren Flanigan, Julia Murney, Gabrielle Stravelli, Stephanie d'Abruzzo, Julie Garnye, and Kate Rigg. The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) presents Tony nominee Jane Summerhays (Me and My Girl) and Annie Golden (Les Miserables) in Marry Harry beginning July 19 at The Alice Griffin Jewel Box Office at The Pershing Square Signature Center.

Completing the programming for the 10th annual New York Musical Theatre Festival, NYMF announced several additional concerts, a series of educational workshops, and a "Musicals on Television" screening series in partnership with the Paley Center for Media. This year's Festival will begin July 8th and continue through July 28th. Single tickets are currently on sale.

MARRY HARRY is an official selection of the 2013 New York Musical Theatre and will be presented by the New York Musical Theatre Festival. MARRY HARRY has a book by Jennifer Robbins, music by Dan Martin, lyrics by Michael Biello, music direction by Christopher McGovern, choreography by Wendy Seyb, and is directed by Kent Nicholson. MARRY HARRY will play at The Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center, beginning July 19 - July 28.
