Fun Home, the groundbreaking, Tony Award-winning Best Musical, will play its final performance on Broadway on Saturday, September 10 at 8 PM, it was announced today. The show, which opened on April 19, 2015, will have played 26 preview and 582 regular performances on Broadway at the Circle in the Square Theatre (235 West 50th St) and 114 performances Off Broadway at The Public Theater.

Producer Aaron Harnick just announced that Tony Award nominee Phillipa Soo (Hamilton) will play the title role in the 2017 Broadway premiere of AMELIE, A NEW MUSICAL at a confirmed Broadway theater to be announced, following a limited engagement at CTG's Ahmanson Theatre from December 4, 2016, through January 15, 2017. Full casting, Broadway theater and dates to be announced soon.

Just in, the National Tour of FUN HOME, the groundbreaking and Tony Award-winning Best Musical, will officially launch this fall at Playhouse Square in Cleveland, running October 2-22, 2016.

Producers Fox Theatricals (Kristin Caskey, Mike Isaacson) and Barbara Whitman just announced that the National Tour of Fun Home, the groundbreaking and Tony Award-winning Best Musical, will re-open San Francisco's iconic Curran Theatre, playing January 25 - February 19, 2017.
