The 2006 hit production The Fortune Teller from HERE's The OBIE award-winning HERE is thrilled to present an encore staging of the 2006 Dream Music Puppetry Program hit production The Fortune Teller. This marionette play in miniature is created and directed by Erik Sanko and Jessica Grindstaff, and features original music by Danny Elfman and Erik Sanko and narration by Gavin Friday. Set to play October 28 - December 4 at HERE (145 Sixth Avenue), this production will have its Official Opening on Sunday, October 31st (Halloween) at 9:00 PM.

Yesterday evening, September 20, TimesTalks hosted James Earl Jones, the award-winning actor in conversation with the New York Time's Patrick Healy. Jones is returning to Broadway in October in 'Driving Miss Daisy' alongside Vanessa Redgrave, and discussed his work in theater, film and TV. National Jazz Museum in Harlem September 20 - September 26, 2010

At Electric Zoo 2010 over Labor Day weekend, over 50,000 music lovers and over 70 of the world's best DJs and artists chased Hurricane Earl out of Randall's Island Park in New York City for two sold-out days.

Armin recently returned to headline the sold-out second night of Electric Zoo, New York's electronic music festival, playing tracks from Mirage to over 25,000 enthusiastically receptive fans. Jon Pareles from the New York Times, said of his performance: "Mr. van Buuren has become one of the world's most popular D.J.'s with a particularly triumphal version of trance, infused with the bombast of European classical music: marchlike beats, swelling (synthetic) orchestral chords, arpeggiated melodies and, at times, quasi-operatic chorales."

The debut song, 'Boy Falls from the Sky,' established that this theatrical extravaganza - the Broadway community will be abuzz whether this fails or not - will have a strong U2 sound to it, meaning it is relying heavily on a rock and roll sound...
