In recognition of November as National Disco Awareness Month, two guys in Sherman Oaks, California, have written an hilarious send-up of the Disco 70's - - POLYESTER The Musical, which has its World Premiere on Friday, November 6, 8:00 pm, at the Actors Forum Theatre in NoHo. The musical plays Fridays and Saturdays, 8:00 pm, and Sundays at 3:00 pm, November 6 through December 20, 2009.

Marilyn Maye to Bring "More Mercer" to the Metropolitan Room

From October 6th - October 16th, MAC Award winner Marilyn Maye will perform her new show 'More Mercer,' a celebration of songwriter Johnny Mercer, at the Metropolitan Room. She will be accompanied by pianist Tedd Firth, drummer Jim Elkof, and bassist Tom Hubbard.
