First footage is released today of Michael John LaChiusa's The Wild Party, which plays until Saturday 1 April at The Other Palace.

Singing sensation Joe McElderry has been back in the studio recording his anticipated new album SATURDAY NIGHT AT THE MOVIES. Set against a backdrop of Manhattan decadence and 1920's excess, The Wild Party tells the story of Queenie and Burrs, a Vaudeville showgirl and a Vaudeville clown whose relationship is marked by vicious behaviour and recklessness. In an attempt to salvage their toxic union, they decide to throw a party to end all parties.

The Wild Party is plenty wild enough, but its overly ambitious book and parade of cookie-cutter characters means that it never lands a knockout punch - or song.

Survival, romance and atonement in a diverse community: Tiger Bay the Musical, takes place in what was once the most cosmopolitan port in the world, Cardiff Bay.

Full casting is announced today for Michael John LaChiusa's The Wild Party, which receives its first major London production at The Other Palace, playing from Monday 13 February to Saturday 1 April 2017, with a press night on Monday 20 February.

Cameron Mackintosh's production of Boublil & Schonberg's legendary musical LES MISERABLES will have its Middle East premiere at Dubai Opera, situated in the heart of Downtown Dubai on 15 November 2016. Casting has been completed for the upcoming concert production of Howard Goodall's The Hired Man. Joining the previously announced Jenna Russell and John Owen-Jones on September 22nd will be Sean Kearns (Wicked, The Commitments) as Pennington, Jessica Louise Parkinson (Love Beyond) as Sally, and James Moore (Matilda) as Harry. They will line up alongside the author Melvyn Bragg as the narrator.

The current Broadway revival of Les Miserables, which opened in March 2014 and is scheduled to play through September 4th, celebrates its 1,000th performance today. The current revival has played more than twice as long as the 2006 revival, which closed after just 483 performances. The original 1987 production 6,680 performances and is the fifth-longest running production in Broadway history.

In attendance was the cast of Les Miserables (Hayden Tee, Allison Luff, John Owen-Jones) who performed the songs 'Stars,' 'Bring Him Home' and 'I Dreamed a Dream.' Check out highlights below!
