The Dublin Down Festival will kick off St. Patrick's Day weekend Friday, March 16 at the Thomas & Mack Center (TMC) with the festivities beginning at 4 p.m. throughout the TMC plaza and the concert at 8:00 p.m. Tickets are on-sale now.
